Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, and support maintenance coordination to ensure move-ins are smooth.

Ideal candidates have excellent customer service, strong organizational skills and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar systems, plus basic MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Sales experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Maintain accurate records and process renewal paperwork monthly.
• Assist with leases, move-in documentation and notices.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and property is maintained.
