Job summary

Capital Square Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to serve as the primary contact for prospective residents, coordinating marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will manage tours, applications, and move-ins while ensuring resident satisfaction and renewal opportunities.

Responsibilities include conducting tours, processing applications, and maintaining lease documentation, with on-site work at properties and a strong emphasis on customer service

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and customer service.
• Experience in leasing is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages for smooth occupancy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market and competitors.
