RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to hit occupancy and revenue targets. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and prepare leases to ensure a smooth move-in and strong resident experience.

The role emphasizes offsite marketing, market analysis, and maintaining lease renewals while providing excellent customer service and collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi and/or One Site) desired.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, greeting prospects, conducting property tours, processing applications, credit checks, preparing leases and move-in packages, and supporting renewals.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing to drive traffic, including referrals and employer outreach, and uses internet marketing tools and social media.
• Gathers, analyzes and interprets market trends to inform improvements and stays informed on leasing tools and processes.
• Lease enforcement: inspections, collections, and notifications, and takes appropriate action as outlined in the lease.
• Keeps prospects and residents informed, follows up to secure leases/renewals, and handles inquiries promptly.
