Job summary

Capital Square Living seeks a Living Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewals, driving occupancy and revenue at our on-site properties. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and perform credit/background checks to ensure a smooth move-in and lease signing.

As a key on-site contact, you will deliver exceptional resident service, respond to concerns, and help maintain community standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leasing experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and customer service mindset.
• Strong computer technology skills with MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, showing apartments, processing applications, and performing credit checks.
• Prepares the lease and move-in package, ensuring a smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates maintenance items as needed.
• Stays informed about market conditions affecting occupancy and sales results.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies related to concessions and programs.
• Uses Yardi or on-site software to track availability and manage data.
