Job summary

Capital Square Living is seeking a Living Consultant to be the primary contact for prospective residents and to ensure a welcoming environment at our properties in Chattanooga. This role coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to achieve occupancy targets and maximize revenue.

The position includes tours, applications, credit checks, move-in packages, and maintaining move-in ready units. Proficiency with Yardi and MS Office is preferred; expect typical onsite, Monday–Friday hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leasing or sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and organization.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Yardi experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals; greets prospects and conducts tours.
• Processes applications, performs credit and background checks, and prepares move-in packages.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates with maintenance to address issues.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies for specials.
