Job summary

Capital Square Living is seeking a Living Manager to coordinate and deliver leasing and reservations activities to meet budgeted revenue, occupancy, and retention goals. You will lead by example, building a vibrant, safe, and welcoming community our residents enjoy being part of.

You will work with the Community Manager to drive leasing, adapt strategies with marketing, and maintain accurate reports on occupancy and revenue while ensuring service excellence and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience driving leasing/sales performance and managing operations.
• Experience motivating a team and delivering service excellence in a similar role.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Leads the team toward achieving leasing goals and occupancy.
• Assists Community Manager in their absence and ensures work aligns with CS Living expectations.
• Shapes local marketing and leasing strategies with marketing input based on market data.
• Generates leasing and sales reports using property systems and monitors unit availability.
