29th Street Capital is seeking a Leasing Consultant to assist Community Managers with leasing and occupancy across our multifamily properties. You will support marketing efforts, qualify prospects, and guide applicants through the lease process.

The role emphasizes resident relations, timely move-ins, and maintaining property presentations. On-site responsibility requires strong organization and communication to achieve high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Superior organization and communication skills.
• Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents, property managers and supervisors.
• Reliability is a must; honesty in time reporting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with leasing and occupancy at all properties.
• Show units, process applications and complete lease documents.
• Maintain move-in and move-out checklists and required deposits.
• Participate in marketing activities and open houses.
• Post vacant apartments on marketing platforms and manage online presence.
