Capital Square Living is seeking a Living Consultant to serve as the primary contact for prospective residents and ensure a welcoming environment at our properties. You will manage leasing, renewals, and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy, revenue, and retention targets.

The role requires coordinating tours, processing applications, handling move-ins, and maintaining high customer service standards in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent organizational and customer service mindset.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office; Yardi experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing and sales activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, and conduct background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package; ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance for any outstanding items.
• Stay informed on market/competitor conditions affecting occupancy and sales.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Utilize on-site property management software (Yardi) to track availability and leasing data.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns and questions.
