Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in and renewal process.

Responsibilities include face-to-face sales, creating traffic through marketing, analyzing market trends, and maintaining property standards. Schedule is typically 40 hours with varied site hours.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing or Customer Service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face to drive leasing.
• Show apartments and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, run credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages and ensure smooth move-in.
• Support marketing plans and drive traffic through online and offline channels.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents for satisfaction and renewals.
• Assist with lease renewals and related documentation on time.
