Qualifications

• High school diploma required; sales experience preferred.
• Experience in residential leasing is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents; present properties and available units.
• Process leases, move-in paperwork, and renewals with accuracy.
• Maintain model apartment readiness and tour flow.
• Record traffic and follow up with prospects via calls or email.
• Coordinate with maintenance and office staff to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with resident relations and invoice processing as needed.
• Support planning of resident activities to boost retention.
