ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a leasing consultant to attract, screen and guide prospective tenants through the leasing cycle. You will promote available properties, conduct tours, and help applicants complete lease paperwork while supporting the property team to achieve high occupancy and excellent service.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, including weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants.
• Provide information about available properties.
• Negotiate lease terms and close deals.
• Ensure a smooth leasing process and high occupancy.
