ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, promote available properties, and ensure a smooth leasing process. You will work with the property manager to maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role involves hiring responsibilities, market awareness, property tours, and responsive service to inquiries. Flexible scheduling including some weekends is required and housing discounts and benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• Valid driver’s license.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Lease apartments to qualified prospects and manage the leasing process.
• Provide information about available properties and promote community; conduct property tours.
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease terms.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries; schedule appointments.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in.
• Support weekly, monthly, and special reporting.
