Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract, screen and move-in approved tenants. You will market properties, conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and negotiate lease terms while delivering exceptional customer service to residents. You will collaborate with the property manager to maintain occupancy and uphold fair housing standards.

This role requires strong communication, sales and organizational skills, weekend availability, and proficiency with property management software.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information about available properties.
• Market properties and coordinate property tours.
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease terms to increase occupancy.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries with leasing information and appointments.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with the move-in process.
• Maintain positive relationships with current residents and collaborate with the property manager.
• Compile weekly/monthly reports and assist with event promotions.
