Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, tour properties, and negotiate leases to maintain high occupancy. You will market communities, handle inquiries, and ensure a smooth move-in while upholding fair housing and company policies.

Collaborate with the Property Manager and team to meet leasing goals, plan resident events, and respond promptly to resident needs, including weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide property information.
• Market properties, conduct tours, screen applicants, and negotiate lease terms.
• Maintain high occupancy and positive relationships with residents; collaborate with Property Manager.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist move-ins, respond to inquiries, and plan resident events as directed.
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies; work weekends as needed.
