Job summary

ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, present properties, and negotiate lease terms to maintain high occupancy. You will handle tours, inquiries, and lease paperwork, coordinating with the property team to ensure a smooth move-in.

You will uphold fair housing and provide excellent customer service, with occasional weekend work and a focus on occupancy and resident satisfaction across our properties.

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to qualified prospects and maintain high occupancy.
• Screen applicants and conduct property tours.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries with accurate information.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and team to meet leasing goals.
• Uphold fair housing policies and ethical standards.
• Work weekends 1–2 per month.
• Prepare weekly and monthly leasing reports.
