Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract tenants, screen applicants, and guide them through the lease process. You will promote properties, conduct tours, and handle lease paperwork to ensure a smooth move-in.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong negotiating and sales abilities expected.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide leasing information.
• Market and promote available properties to maximize occupancy.
• Conduct property tours and explain lease terms to prospects.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist with move-in processes.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email.
• Explain policies and ensure compliance with fair housing regulations.
• Plan resident events and maintain positive relationships with current residents.
• Collaborate with Property Manager and team to meet leasing goals.
