ZRS Management LLC is seeking a proactive Leasing Consultant to attract qualified tenants and market available properties. You will screen applicants, conduct tours, and negotiate leases to ensure high occupancy and positive resident relations.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and promote properties.
• Conduct property tours and present leasing terms.
• Screen applicants, negotiate leases, and prepare paperwork.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain lease records and assist with move-ins.
• Collaborate with property manager and team to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and company policies.
• Work weekends 1–2 per month.
