Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen tenants, promote properties, conduct tours, and negotiate leases. You will work with the Property Manager to ensure high occupancy, smooth moves, and excellent resident relations.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with flexibility to work evenings/weekends and knowledge of property management software. Combatting fair housing and ethical standards are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Word; knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of property management software such as OneSite, Yardi, RealPage, Knock, RentCafe, ResMan.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote available properties to maximize occupancy.
• Conduct property tours and screen applicants for lease eligibility.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Assist future residents with move-in and coordinate with Property Manager.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries with leasing information and appointments.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and support resident relations and events.
