ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, promote available properties, conduct tours, and negotiate lease terms to ensure a smooth leasing process.

You will work with the property manager to maintain high occupancy, respond to inquiries, prepare lease paperwork, and support resident services while upholding fair housing standards and company policies. This full-time role requires weekend availability and a commitment to customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Aufgaben

• Lease properties to prospective tenants and maintain high occupancy.
• Market and promote available properties and conduct property tours.
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease terms with customers.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move‑in.
• Respond to inquiries via in‑person, phone, and email channels.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reports.
• Explain lease and community policies clearly to residents.
• Work with Property Manager to uphold standards and accommodate residents.
