Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants.
• Provide information about available properties.
• Negotiate lease terms with prospects.
• Conduct property tours for qualified applicants.
• Screen applicants and ensure compliance with fair housing regulations.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries.
