RR Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome current and prospective residents and help them find their perfect home. The role emphasizes a sales-minded approach, top-tier customer service, and strong follow-up on leads and applications.

You will play a key part in maintaining elevated occupancy, coordinating tours, and promoting community events while using marketing tools and social media to drive interest and engagement on the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year on-site leasing experience.
• Background in multifamily housing preferred.
• Proven ability to follow up on prospects and process applications.

Responsabilités

• Maintain occupancy above 95% with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Assist future residents with finding a perfect apartment to call home.
• Provide a positive and genuine experience to all residents.
• Use consultative selling to achieve 100% Community Occupancy.
• Promote community events and manage feedback with the maintenance team.
• Ensure leases are complete and accurate.

They maintain an upbeat attitude and are responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming living space for all residents.Responsibilities:Maintain occupancy above 95% striving toward 100% with a sales-oriented mindsetAssists future residents with finding a perfect apartment to call homeProvide a positive and genuine experience to all current and future residentsUsing strategic consultative selling skills to achieve 100% Community OccupancyUse high level communication skills when dealing with current and future residentPrioritizes tour path and ensures curb appeal is up to par on property – Communicate any feedback to Maintenance team and Community ManagerEnsures leases are complete and correctExpert in using marketing/sales techniques and social media to promote community and its eventsStrong ability to mediate and assess current and future resident feedbackAssists with resident retention activitiesScheduling and following up with progress of maintenance work orders and future move insA minimum of 1 year on-site as a Leasing Consultant requiredBackground within the multifamily industry is preferred.Proven experience of following up on prospects and processing applicationsExperience of united teamwork to achieve customer satisfaction and retention is preferred.Ability to work weekends and evenings as neededOneSite and Knock experience is preferredCompetence in Microsoft Suite and Property Management Software strongly preferred.Participate in training to comply with new or existing Fair Housing laws.Present self in a neat, clean, and professional manner at all timesComply with expectations as demonstrated in the Employee Handbook.RR Living ValuesBe Your Best.
