Job summary

RR Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to support the Community Manager in directing marketing strategies and leasing operations. This floating role requires coordinating leasing across sites, fostering resident relations, and ensuring curb appeal and occupancy goals are met in the Corpus Christi area.

You will onboard leasing staff, use strategic sales techniques, and maintain the Community Marketing Calendar while liaising with maintenance and the community team to optimize resident

Qualifications

• On-site leasing experience preferred, 1–2 years as Leasing Consultant.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.
• Able to cover multiple sites within Corpus Christi area.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with marketing strategies and leasing operations.
• Onboard and mentor Leasing Consultants and Leasing Managers.
• Provide excellent resident experiences and maintain occupancy goals.
• Maintain the Community Marketing Calendar and coordinate events and tours.
• Input new applicants, leases, and renewals daily and manage feedback.

Additionally, they are tasked with maintaining the Community Marketing calendar and ensuring resident relations are always prioritized.Responsibilities:Assists Future residents with finding the perfect apartment to call homeOnboard new Leasing Consultants and Leasing Managers in their positions and fill in where needed.Provide a positive and genuine experience to all current and future residentsUsing strategic consultative selling skills to achieve 100% Community OccupancyUse high level communication skills when dealing with current and future residentPrioritizes tour path and ensures curb appeal is up to par on property – Communicate any feedback to Maintenance team and Community ManagerWorks toward a goal of 100% occupancy always.Ensures leases are complete and correctExpert in using Marketing techniques and social media to promote community and its eventsMaintaining and ensuring the execution of the Community Marketing CalendarStrong ability to mediate and assess current and future resident feedbackAssists with resident retention activitiesAssists with inputting new applicants and the screening process, inputs new leases and renewals dailyProvides feedback and makes suggestions on Leasing Best Practices for the Community as neededScheduling and following up with progress of maintenance work orders and future move ins.Screen leads to increase velocity overall.Experience in Sales is preferredBilingual experience is preferredAbility to cover multiple or multi-site locations within Corpus Christi area.Experience in lease up to ensure an increase in qualified leadsPosition requires a minimum of 1-2 years on-site as a Leasing ConsultantAbility to work weekends and eveningsMarketing – ability to create and execute a Marketing CalendarTrain Leasing Consultants as needed on Leasing and Touring best practicesOneSite and Knock experience are preferredCompetence in Microsoft Suite and Property Management Software strongly preferred.Participate in training to comply with new or existing Fair Housing laws.Present self in a neat, clean, and professional manner at all timesComply with expectations as demonstrated in the Employee Handbook.RR Living ValuesBe Your Best.
