Job summary

RR Living is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for The Summit at Rock Hill in Rock Hill, SC. This full-time role focuses on leasing, resident relations, and maintaining strong occupancy.

You will assist residents in finding ideal homes, conduct tours, and leverage marketing techniques to promote the community while ensuring excellent service and adherence to Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year on-site as a Leasing Consultant.
• Background in multifamily is preferred.
• Experience following up on prospects and processing applications.
• Experience working in a collaborative team to achieve satisfaction and retention.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• OneSite and Knock experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Property Management Software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain occupancy above 95% with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Assist future residents in finding the right apartment.
• Provide a positive experience for current and future residents.
• Use strategic consultative selling to achieve 100% Community Occupancy.
• Communicate with current and future residents clearly.
• Coordinate tours and maintain curb appeal; relay feedback to Maintenance and Community Manager.
• Ensure leases are complete and correct.
• Utilize marketing/sales techniques and social media to promote the community and events.
• Mediate and assess resident feedback and retention efforts.
• Assist with resident retention activities.
• Schedule and track progress of maintenance work orders and future move-ins.

The Leasing Consultant assists current and future residents in all leasing related tasks and acts as the face of the Community.They maintain an upbeat attitude and are responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming living space for all residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain occupancy above 95% striving toward 100% with a sales-oriented mindset
• Assists future residents with finding a perfect apartment to call home
• Provide a positive and genuine experience to all current and future residents
• Using strategic consultative selling skills to achieve 100% Community Occupancy
• Use high level communication skills when dealing with current and future resident
• Prioritizes tour path and ensures curb appeal is up to par on property – Communicate any feedback to Maintenance team and Community Manager
• Ensures leases are complete and correct
• Expert in using marketing/sales techniques and social media to promote community and its events
• Strong ability to mediate and assess current and future resident feedback
• Assists with resident retention activities
• Scheduling and following up with progress of maintenance work orders and future move ins

Requirements

• A minimum of 1yearon-site as a Leasing Consultant required
• Background within the multifamily industry is preferred.
• Proven experience of following up on prospects and processing applications
• Experience of united teamwork to achieve customer satisfaction and retention is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
• OneSite and Knockexperience is preferred
• Competence in Microsoft Suite and Property Management Software strongly preferred.
• Participate in training to comply with new or existing Fair Housing laws.
• Present self in a neat, clean, and professional manner at all times
