• Assist future residents in finding the perfect apartment.
• Provide a positive, genuine experience to residents.
• Use consultative selling skills to reach community occupancy goals.
• Communicate effectively with current and future residents.
• Prioritize tour paths and maintain curb appeal; relay feedback to maintenance and Community Manager.
• Ensure leases are complete and accurate.
• Utilize marketing and social media to promote the community and events.
• Mediates and analyzes resident feedback for retention.
• Assist with resident retention activities and move-in coordination.
• Schedule and follow up on maintenance work orders and future move-ins.
