Job summary

RR Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome residents and guide prospects to their ideal apartment. You will drive occupancy with a sales-driven mindset, deliver a warm, authentic experience, and collaborate with maintenance and management to ensure a pristine community.

You’ll leverage marketing tools and social media to highlight events and promotions. The role requires at least one year on-site leasing, strong communication, and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• 1 year on-site leasing experience required.
• Multifamily background preferred.
• Proven prospect follow-up and application processing.
• Teamwork to achieve customer satisfaction and retention preferred.
• Willing to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Experience with PM software and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Training to comply with Fair Housing laws will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain occupancy above 95% toward 100% with a sales mindset.
• Assist future residents in finding the perfect apartment.
• Provide a positive and genuine experience to residents.
• Use consultative selling to achieve full community occupancy.
• Communicate effectively with current and future residents.
• Prioritize tour path and maintain curb appeal; relay feedback to maintenance.
• Ensure leases are complete and accurate.
• Use marketing and social media to promote events.
• Mediates and assesses resident feedback for retention.
• Schedule and follow up on maintenance work orders and move-ins.
