Greystar seeks a friendly Concierge to coordinate resident services and support the community sales team. You will respond to inquiries, nurture leads, schedule tours, and guide prospective residents through the leasing process to help achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

You will provide accurate information on pricing, amenities, and terms, while collaborating with the Community Manager and Sales Consultant to enhance the resident experience and drive conversions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Response: Promptly respond to all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective residents.
• Lead Nurturing: Maintain regular communication with leads to keep them engaged and interested.
• Appointment Coordination: Schedule and coordinate property tours for potential residents.
• Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up communications after property tours.
• Information Provision: Provide accurate information about rental communities, pricing, and terms.
• Conversion Optimization: Utilize best practices to convert leads into leases.
• Reporting: Maintain and update lead tracking reports and analyze data.
