Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, aiming to optimize occupancy and revenue. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease documents, and ensure smooth move-ins.

You will inspect units, stay informed on market conditions, implement marketing plans, follow concession policies, and drive traffic through referrals and online campaigns while maintaining

• Experience in leasing and sales to achieve occupancy goals.
• Must be able to greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to resolve resident concerns.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit screening, and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and respond to market conditions.
• Design and execute marketing activities and online campaigns to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.).
• Track availability and leasing activities using OneSite/Yardi and manage resident data.
• Prepare lease renewals and contact renewing residents ahead of move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner questions and document requests.
