Job summary

IDM Companies in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the first contact for prospective residents. You will tour properties, answer questions about amenities, and guide applicants through the rental process from tour to move-in.

You will partner with the management team to market communities, collect applicant information, run background checks, and ensure a high level of service to residents. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years relevant property management experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Basic leasing knowledge - including Fair Housing Laws.
• Team player, willing to go the extra mile to provide concierge level customer service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in marketing efforts, to include outreach, networking and social media campaigns.
• Tour property with prospects and answer questions about amenities, location, and grounds.
• Coordinate applications, background checks, and document files for prospects.
• Provide move-in information and ensure a smooth tenancy process.
• Deliver high-level service to residents and support retention efforts.
• Coordinate with maintenance and management as needed.
