Qualifications

• 1-3 years relevant property management experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Basic leasing knowledge including Fair Housing Laws.
• Team player, willing to go the extra mile for concierge-level service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in marketing efforts, including outreach, employer programs, networking and social media campaigns.
• Tour the property with prospects and answer questions about amenities, location and grounds.
• Familiarize with IDM family of communities, floor plans and availability.
• Highlight community quality and lifestyle, emphasizing amenities and location.
• Coordinate the prospect application process, initiate background checks, compile files, maintain contact.
• Provide detailed move-in information to new residents.
• Deliver high level of service to residents to exceed expectations and aid retention.
• Assist with coordination of work orders and communication to maintenance/management.
