Job summary

IDM Communities in Phoenix is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to be the first contact for prospects and residents. You will guide tours, answer questions about amenities, and help applicants through the move-in process.

In this role you will assist with marketing efforts, coordinate applications and background checks, and ensure a superior resident experience. You will collaborate with management and maintenance to meet occupancy goals while delivering concierge-level service.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years relevant property management experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Basic leasing knowledge - including Fair Housing Laws.
• Team player, willing to go the extra mile to provide concierge level customer service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Tour the property with prospects and answer questions about amenities, location, and grounds.
• Facilitate the prospect application process by collecting information and initiating background checks.
• Provide move-in information to incoming residents.
• Deliver a high level of service to residents to exceed expectations and support retention.
• Assist manager with marketing efforts, outreach, and social media campaigns.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and management for resident needs.
• Prepare files and paperwork for prospects and lease agreements.
