• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing efforts, including outreach and social media campaigns.
• Tour the property with prospects and explain amenities, location, and grounds.
• Learn IDM family communities, floor plans, and availability.
• Coordinate prospect applications, background checks, and files.
• Provide move-in information and excellent resident service.
• Support maintenance coordination and office paperwork.
