Job summary

Greystar in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue by leasing to new residents, ensuring satisfaction, and securing renewals throughout the lease term.

You will tour communities, qualify prospects, process applications, and coordinate move-ins while coordinating with maintenance to keep units ready for showing. The role relies on on-site MLS tools and proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• Licenses or certifications as required by State/Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, tour communities, process applications, conduct credit/background checks, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop short/long-term marketing plans to maintain occupancy and revenue.
• Design marketing activities, referrals, employer outreach, and online campaigns.
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
