Job summary

Bryten seeks a Leasing Consultant for Avilla Grand in El Mirage, AZ. You will greet prospects, lead community tours, and guide applicants from inquiry to move-in to create a welcoming experience for residents and guests.

Ideal candidates bring leasing or related experience and strong customer service. Proficiency with MS Office and property management software is a plus; valid license and transportation required. On-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, ResMan, On-Site) is a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and guests in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist applicants from inquiry through move-in and process applications.
• Respond to resident questions and service requests professionally.
• Support resident retention and coordinate with maintenance for appearance.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing documentation.
• Assist with marketing and occupancy initiatives; ensure compliance.
• Promote an inclusive, welcoming community and perform other duties.
