Qualifications

• 1-3 years relevant property management experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
• Basic leasing knowledge, including Fair Housing Laws.
• Team player willing to go the extra mile.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospects and answer questions about amenities, location, and grounds.
• Assist with marketing efforts and outreach.
• Coordinate the application process and background checks.
• Prepare move-in information and coordinate with management.
• Support maintenance and office tasks as needed.
