Responsibilities

• Assist manager in marketing efforts, to include outreach and networking.
• Tour the property with prospects and explain amenities and grounds.
• Learn IDM family of communities, floor plans and availability.
• Highlight community quality and lifestyle by focusing on amenities and location.
• Process applications by collecting information and initiating background checks.
• Provide move-in information to new residents.
