Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate in Orlando seeks a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing, marketing and renewal activities for the community, aiming for occupancy and revenue goals.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen for credit/background, prepare leases, and support resident satisfaction and renewal efforts. Must be available weekends and proficient with PM software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Execute leasing, marketing and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications and leases.
• Screen applicants (credit/background) and prepare move-in packages.
• Maintain property appearance and respond to resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Support lease renewals and price concessions per policy.
