Job summary

ResProp Management in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Leasing Leader to motivate the team, manage revenue and move-ins, and uphold high resident satisfaction. You will guide leasing consultants, handle leases from tour to move-in, and ensure accurate accounting and owner communications.

The role emphasizes strong communication, sales ability, and tech proficiency with property management tools, while maintaining property standards and supporting occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leasing experience in residential property management.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech savvy and able to learn property management applications.
• Sales / Leasing / Closing / Delinquency Management / Renewal Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing consultants by applying sales strategies to reach occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident ledgers and post rents, charges, and credits.
• Initiate lease violations, late notices, and evictions as needed.
• Assist Property Manager with month-end accounting.
• Handle leasing process from tour to move-in and complete lease documents.
• Understand property features to match residents' needs.
• Support occupancy and retention goals through follow-ups.
• Build relationships with residents and respond timely to needs.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service issues.
• Organize resident events with teammates.
• Train teammates and schedule company training.
• Inspect and maintain property areas daily for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Oversee in-house bad debt collections.
• Engage with owners, provide performance updates, and respond to requests.
• Process move-outs and apply deposits and fees per policy.
