Job summary

ResProp Management in Austin, TX is seeking a hands-on Leasing Manager to lead and motivate our leasing consultants from day one. You will drive occupancy, manage resident relations, and ensure an exceptional move-in experience for new residents.

Responsibilities include overseeing rent postings and charges, processing lease documents, and supporting the Property Manager with month-end accounting. A strong customer-service mindset and sales ability are essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leasing experience in residential property management.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
• Cheerful attitude and focused on customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech savvy - able to learn/work with property management applications.
• Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing / Delinquency Management / Renewal Management.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing consultants with creative sales strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Maintains resident ledgers, posts rent, issues charges, concessions, and final statements.
• Initiates lease violations, late rent notices, and evictions as needed.
• Assists Property Manager with Month End accounting.
• Manages leasing process from tour to move-in, including documents and inspections.
