Job summary

ResProp Management in Austin, TX is seeking a hands-on Leasing Lead to help take over a new apartment community and establish a strong team from day one. You will lead leasing consultants, drive occupancy, manage resident relations, and coordinate tours through move-in to ensure an exceptional resident experience.

We value strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work a varied schedule. English/Spanish bilingual is a plus, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leasing experience in residential property management.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with property management applications.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing consultants, using creative sales strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident ledgers, post rents, issue charges and statements.
• Initiate lease violations, notices, and evictions when needed.
• Assist Property Manager with month-end accounting.
• Guide leasing process from tour to move-in and finalize documents.
• Build relationships with residents and respond promptly to concerns.
• Plan and organize resident events with teammates.
• Inspect property areas daily for cleanliness and readiness.
