Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Leasing Community Intern (Temporary, Non-Exempt) to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with leasing, and support community events. You will greet prospective residents, handle leasing calls, present the property, and complete lease documents.

The role requires 20 hours per week, on-site work, and a path to Cardinal U training. A high school diploma or equivalent and college enrollment are required, with GPA verification and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in an accredited college or university with at least 6 credits.
• At least one year completed at the college/university.
• Minimum 2.5 GPA; annual verification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to residents and prospective residents.
• Perform administrative front desk duties and lease paperwork.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing training and certification.
• Greet clients, answer calls, present the community, and close lease sales.
• Maintain lease files, audits, and community tour path.
