Job summary

Qualifications

• Must deliver high quality customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
• Must cooperate and collaborate as part of a team.
• Must maintain occupancy goals through leasing and retention.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service as an ambassador for Cardinal.
• Perform Administrative Front Desk tasks and duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training.
• Greet prospective clients and present the community and apartments.
• Handle lease applications and paperwork accurately.
• Pass Cardinal Way of Leasing certification.
• Maintain tour path and property cleanliness.
• Assist with community events and other assigned projects.
• Be available for on-call duties, evenings and weekends.
