Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Leasing Community Intern (Temporary, Non-Exempt) to deliver high-quality customer service to residents and assist with leasing and daily community operations.

The intern will participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing training, support front desk duties, and help achieve high occupancy through welcoming prospects, presenting communities, and processing lease applications. This role requires on-site work and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university, with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Must have completed a minimum of one year at the enrolled accredited college or university.
• Must maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA; GPA verified annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to residents.
• Assist with front desk administrative tasks.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training.
• Greet prospective clients, answer calls, determine needs and preferences, present the community and apartments, and assist with leasing processes.
