Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university.
• Must have completed a minimum of one year at the enrolled college/university.
• Must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA as verified annually.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Administrative front desk tasks and duties.
• Attend Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training as required.
• Greet prospective clients, present the community and apartments, and close the sale.
• Complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of the tour path and participate in community events.
