Cardinal Group is seeking a Leasing Community Intern with a social media focus to support our on-site team in North Carolina. This part-time, non-exempt role emphasizes customer service, resident satisfaction, and daily leasing activities while you gain hands-on experience in community operations.

You will engage with prospective residents, assist with front desk duties, and help promote the property online.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Must have completed at least one year at the enrolled college or university.
• Must maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA; GPA will be verified annually.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Administrative Front Desk tasks and duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing training.
• Warmly greet prospective clients; answer leasing calls; determine needs; present the community and homes; close the sale.
• Complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Maintain lease file documentation and participate in lease file audits.
• Assist with planning community events and other projects.
• On-call responsibilities (lock-outs, nightly rounds, etc.).
• Must work evenings and weekends.
