The intern will greet prospects, answer calls, present the property, complete lease paperwork, and participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing certifications, with evening and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree program with ≥6 college credits.
• Must have completed at least one year at the enrolled college or university.
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA, verified annually.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Perform administrative front desk duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing training.
• Greet prospective clients and answer leasing calls.
• Present the community and apartment homes professionally.
• Complete lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Maintain lease file documentation and participate in audits.
• Support planning community events and other projects.
• Be on-call; work evenings and weekends.
