Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing Community Intern (Temporary, Non-Exempt) to support leasing and resident services in West Lafayette, IN. The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, occupancy goals, and teamwork.

You will greet prospects, process applications, and participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing training. The position is part-time (about 20 hours weekly) with evenings and weekends required, and a valid driver's license and ability to lift 40 lbs are needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrolled in an accredited college/university with at least 6 credit hours.
• Completed at least one year of college.
• Maintain minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA; annual verification.
• Current or future leaseholder of the community.
• Must live on designated community floor, per guidelines.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Available to work ~20 hours per week.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrate Cardinal Culture and Cardinals Core Values daily.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service as a leasing ambassador.
• Perform front desk administrative duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing training.
• Greet prospective clients, answer leasing calls, and present the community and homes.
• Close leases and follow up with leads.
• Complete lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Pass third-party leasing shops and obtain Cardinal certification.
• Maintain accurate lease files and participate in audits.
• Keep tour paths clean for a positive first impression.
• Support planning of community events.
• Assist with other community projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Participate in Cardinal U training.
• On-call responsibilities and evenings/weekends.
