Responsibilities include greeting prospects, handling calls, presenting the community, processing lease paperwork, and supporting events. Evening and weekend availability is required in a dynamic property environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in a degree program with at least 6 credit hours.
• Completed at least one year at the enrolled college/university.
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA; probation possible if not met.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as ambassador for Cardinal residents.
• Administrative front desk tasks and duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing training.
• Greet prospects, answer calls, determine needs, and present the community.
• Complete lease applications and lease file documentation.
• Maintain tour path and present a positive image of the community.
• Assist with community events and other projects.
• On-call responsibilities; evenings and weekends.
