Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing Community Intern (Temporary, Non-Exempt) to provide outstanding customer service and support resident retention. The role focuses on leasing current and future availability, and contributing to occupancy goals within a dynamic community.

Candidates should be enrolled in a degree program, maintain GPA, and be available for about 20 hours per week with evenings and weekends. Compensation is hourly with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be enrolled in a degree program with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Must have completed at least one year of college.
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA; GPA verified annually.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform Administrative Front Desk tasks.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training.
• Greet prospective clients and answer leasing calls.
• Present the community and apartment homes professionally.
• Close the sale and follow up on leads.
• Complete lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Pass third party leasing shops and obtain Cardinal Way of Leasing certification.
• Maintain clean tour path and professional conduct.
• On-call responsibilities; evenings and weekends.
