Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or in progress.
• Must be enrolled in a degree program with at least 6 credit hours.
• Must have completed at least one year at the enrolled college/university.
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA; GPA checked annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service as a Leasing Community Intern.
• Handle front desk tasks and administrative duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing training.
• Greet clients, answer calls, determine needs, present community and homes, and close leases.
