Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC seeks a Leasing Community Intern (Temporary, Non-Exempt) to provide top-tier customer service and support occupancy goals. This on-site role requires live-in readiness on the designated floor, front-desk duties, and lease-file administration.

You will participate in required training, handle evening/weekend shifts, and assist with community events while maintaining professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree program with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA; GPA verified annually.
• Must be a current or future leaseholder and live on designated floor.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Available to work approx. 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Handle front desk administrative tasks and lease paperwork.
• Attend Cardinal Way of Leasing training and obtain certification.
• Greet prospective clients, answer calls, and present property features.
• Close leases, follow up, and maintain accurate lease files.
• Participate in community events and support special projects.
• On-call for lock-outs and nightly rounds; work evenings/weekends.
